Q: Do all flowers press well?

A: Most wedding flowers press beautifully! Thicker blooms (like roses, lilies, and succulents) require specialized dismantling and reassembly, while delicate blooms (like ranunculus, sweet peas, and ferns) press exceptionally flat. During our design phase, we select the healthiest blooms from your bouquet for the final layout.

Q: How long does pressed floral preservation take?

Floral preservation is a delicate, slow-craft art. To ensure your blooms are thoroughly dried, color-restored, and sealed for a lifetime of beauty, our complete process takes 10 to 16 weeks from your event date. We’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know the moment your custom frame is ready!

Q: Can I book preservation if you aren't doing my wedding flowers?

A: Yes! While we love designing and preserving our own floral work, we accept a limited number of standalone preservation bookings for couples getting married in the San Juan Mountain region.

Q: Floral pickup or drop-off?

To achieve the best results, your flowers need to be pressed whilst they are still somewhat fresh. We can press your flowers usually up to one week post wedding date. Please keep your bouquet in water whenever possible. We can collect your bouquet from anywhere in Telluride, Ouray or Ridgway for an additional $40. You are welcome to drop off your flowers at our studio in Ridgway (address provided upon order confirmation).
